Please note that the NOTAM under discussion was incorrectly published by the authorities. SkyDemon draws it wherever the Q line tells us it is, as a start, not be reading the plain text within the NOTAM. So this would have been one for the issuing authorities to correct.

Ok, thanks for the explanation. It's good to be aware that this can happen, so I'll be extra careful to double check these things during planning in future. I only noticed this one because I know the areas in question, but I admit generally en route, it's tempting just to rely on SD.
